About Celine

Celine Veloso is the founder of Flourx, a digital marketing and advertising consultancy firm that provides strategic advise and services to companies. She is an Outbrain Certified Professional and the only Outbrain Certified Trainer in the Philippines, championing native advertising and content discovery in the country. She is also a Reiki Master and practices this spiritual healing modality to foster well-being and increase positive energy to those who seek it.

Educational and Professional Experience

Celine graduated with honors upon receiving her Bachelor of Science, Educational Psychology degree from De La Salle University – Manila, a top university in the Philippines.

She had built a strong corporate foundation from working on various roles and projects in the Human Resources and Marketing Departments in Smart Communications, which at that time was the leading telecommunications company in the country. During her time in Smart, Celine saw the potential of the internet and wanted to focus her career in this area.

Celine proceeded with honing her Sales skills and exposing herself to the online advertising world by joining IP-E-games, a Philippine MMORPG game distribution company; Vdopia, an Indian-founded mobile video advertising platform; and Outbrain, an Israeli-founded content discovery platform. She deeply immersed herself in the platforms she represented, studied the digital marketing industry, and established regional relationships and networks.

After spending five years in Singapore, Celine felt it was time for her to step out of her comfort zone once again and start her entrepreneurial journey. In 2018, she founded her consulting firm, Flourx and returned to the Philippines to help small and medium-sized companies flourish.

Reiki Certification

Celine is in an endless pursuit of self-improvement and aims to live her life for the highest good. Due to the sudden loss of her father, Celine went through a period of re-examining her life purpose and found the spiritual healing method of Reiki to be helpful in her recovery. The profound effects of practicing Reiki inspired her to pursue higher-level training. She received her Masters Certification in 2020.
